I need information regarding prisoner rights advocacy groups in the state of Virginia. My son is a nonviolent offender and I need information regarding his rights.

OK if you are truly interested in helping nonviolent offenders you should get behind Ron Paul for president. As of this time a nonviolent offender is in the same boat as the worst offenders possible. Ron Paul wants to reform stuff like this because it is a waste of money to have people in prisons that don't really belong there. You can look into all the committees that you want , but you will find that almost nothing will ever come from them. This whole country needs to get back to our basic constitution and our civil liberties and rights. It is going to take a revolution and Ron Paul is trying to give us a chance at a peacefull one.
